What if I lose my license key?+
Can I use one key on multiple devices?+
Yes. The usage count is shared across all devices where you enter the
same key, so your 200 (or unlimited) triages work everywhere.
Do unused triages roll over each month?+
No. Pro gives you 200 triages per calendar month and the counter
resets on the 1st. Unlimited subscribers never have a cap to worry
about.
How do I cancel?+
Open your Stripe receipt email and click "Manage subscription". Cancel
any time — your plan stays active until the end of that billing
period.
Is there a refund policy?+
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment by emailing
support@texttriage.app.
Please email us before initiating a chargeback.
What counts as one triage?+
Each time you activate the extension and receive a summary, that's one
triage. Clicking ↻ triage again on the same page counts as
another.
